Shipping policy

We offer both postal and local collection options (We don't offer Saturday delivery) Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and courier delays are outside of our control. Postal returns must be lodged at the post office by the next working day after your event using the prepaid return bag provided. If returning in person, please ensure the garment is returned by the agreed time to avoid late fees. If you reside in a rural area, there is an option in the checkout please select the correct shipping option. 

  • Rentals are shipped 2–3 days before your event via overnight courier. Once your rental has been dispatched, it is the customer's responsibility and we are not liable for courier delays or loss.
  • Rural delivery: Additional postage charges apply. Rural orders are sent on our standard schedule and typically take 1–2 days to arrive. We recommend using a non-rural address where possible to reduce the risk of delays.
  • Late bookings are not eligible for store credit or refunds if the rental does not arrive in time. A booking is considered late if there is only one working day between booking and your event, or if booked after 2pm Wednesday for a weekend event.
  • If you need the rental delivered before your event date due to travel or leaving your address, please contact us before booking so we can arrange the best option.
  • Please ensure your shipping address and shipping option are correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address or with an incorrect shipping option. If the garment is lost due to incorrect information provided by you, you may be liable for the full replacement cost.
  • If you lose your return bag, contact us immediately. The rental must be returned via overnight courier with tracking, and any additional postage costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Rentals must be returned by dropping them at a Post Office counter before 12pm on the next business day after your event. Do not use a drop box, as this may cause delays. Late fees will apply for late returns.
